At NKI Clothing, we strive to deliver high-quality apparel tailored to your requirements. As most of our products are customized and manufactured based on client specifications, our return and refund policy is designed accordingly.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is defective or damaged.
- Incorrect product delivered (design/size mismatch from approved order)
To be eligible:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Supporting photos/videos must be shared for verification
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customized or printed apparel (approved designs)
- Bulk/corporate orders once delivered
- Size issues (if sizes were confirmed prior to production)
- Minor color variations (due to screen/printing differences)
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items
- Subject to verification and approval
- Replacement will be processed within 5β7 business days
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not feasible
- Processed within 5β10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, based on mutual agreement
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before production begins
- Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed
- Advance payments are non-refundable after production initiation
7. Quality Assurance
- We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch
- Final production is done based on client-approved design, size chart, and specifications
